How to Hide Your Profile On Facebook

Facebook offers several levels of privacy protection, including hiding your profile from certain people and/or offering a limited profile. With just a few tweaks of the settings, you can easily set exactly who sees what onyour profile.

    Hide Only Your Profile

  1. Step1
Sign on to the Facebook home page with your email address and password (see Resources below).

  2. Step2
Click on "My Privacy" to change who can see your profile. The My Privacy page lets you adjust each feature of your Facebook account separately. If you only want to hide certain features, like the mini-feed or photos, then adjust only those preferences.

  3. Step3
Click on "Edit Settings" for the limited profile. You will land on a page with a preview of your current limited profile.

  4. Step4
Choose all or none of the Facebook features you want people to see on your limited profile. To completely hide your profile, make sure all boxes are unchecked before hitting the "Save" button.

  5. Step5
Add people to the limited profile list from the My Privacy page. People you put on the list can only view the features you let them see. They will still be your friends, however.

      Hide Yourself Completely on Facebook

    1. Step1
Head to the "My Privacy" page while logged in to Facebook.

    2. Step2
Search for users to add to the "Block People' list. You can add any user on Facebook. Once added, that user will not be able to view any part ofyour profile or find you when doing searches. This is the best way to hide completely from someone.

    3. Step3
Find the user you want to block and simply click "Block Person" next to his or her name.

    4. Step4
Click "Remove" next to the person's name if you later decide you don't want to block the person. If the person was your friend on Facebook, you will have to request to be his or her friend again.

      Tips & Warnings

      • If you use the privacy settings on Facebook properly, you can control every aspect of your profile and who sees it. See the Help section for more information on setting the various privacy levels (see Resources below).

      • The only way to truly hide on Facebook and completely protect your identity is to delete your account entirely. Otherwise, you must add each person you want to hide from individually

Choosing a Background Color and Keeping it the Same

The PSP will change colors of the background screen every month automatically. You can pick a color that you like and have it stay that way. Simply go into the settings and select the month that has that color, when it changes, reselect the month. Note: Your date will always be wrong, but if color and style is your concern, this simple tweak does the trick.

Jam to Tunes Using Your Car Stereo System Speakers

* Use the following instructions to play your PSP games and movies with your cars audio system. You will need a FM modulator, a cable with a male stereo 1/8" headphone connector at one end and split left and right RCA connectors at the other. The red wire with the 'in' line fuse goes to your car battery or switch. The ground wire grounds to the frame. Set the car's CD or tape deck to the FM frequency that is on the modulator. The frequency is usually 88.7 or 89.1. Plug the RCA connectors from the cable into the RCA jacks on the modulator. Plug the headphone end of the cable into the PSP. Turn on the PSP with the volume set at half way.

The PSP's sound goes through your car's antenna. No extra wires are needed nor are any other adjustments. Your games, music and movies will now play through your car's stereo speakers. Please note: take care when trying this and make sure you know how to use the modulator and know the right way to hook up the wire to the fuse box and ground wire. If this is not done right, this can damage or even short out the PSP. This one is for parents!

Basic tips on Sony PSP

Do you have and enjoy a PSP? Do you maintain it properly? These are not inexpensive devices, and you would not want them to burst accidentally, would you? Here are a few hints for keeping your PSP in superior working shape.

  • Maintain the entire parts clear of dust. Just like a PC, dust may harm PSP parts and including the screen. In one case, I left my PSP in a dirty place when I went on holiday. When I got back, there was a one inch fracture on the display.
  • Purchase a PSP case instead of a PSP sack. A case is strong and a pouch is cushy. This implies, if you by chance drop your PSP when it is in a case, it will endure the fall. Doing this actually ensures a longer lifetime for your PSP.
  • ONLY purchase a memory stick duo that possesses enough storage for what you require. For instance, it is no use purchasing a two GB Memory stick duo, if you just use the PSP from time to time, and you put like five songs and ten images on it. This will save you cash and not make you feel like you squandered money.

How to replace your iPod Nano battery yourself.
ipod battery replacement how to install and replace ipod battery for ipod nano. step by step guide to change or removal of battery to solve battery problems. proceduce for battery replace is simmilary for diffrent type of ipod like ipod mini ,name or shuffle 2.
Requirement for battery replacement:

2 nylon tools. Never use metal tools they will damage your ipod case. Before doing this first read this post carefully and study the photos and then start opening ipod when you have enough confidence.

1. first power off your iPod

2. Hold the iPod flat, with its face up, and insert
the blade of the round-handled tool (green tool as shown in the figure)between the metal back and the acrylic lip of the iPod, a few centimeters from the top right side of the iPod, this will create space to insert another tool

3. now Insert the other tool and rotate it as inserted round the edge of the iPod so this will separate metal back and upper body.

NOTE: iPod may not separate easily. Keep trying

4. flip the iPod over so the metal back is face up.

5. remove the back cover.

6. Now battery is connected by 3 wire which are soldered to the ipod. Cut the wires(by knife or scissors) connecting the old battery to the iPod.
Make the cut closer to the battery.

7. and remove the old battery

NOTE: now you need to connect new battery with ipod.
That means you need to connect three wires (most probably color of white,
orange and black color wire) of new battery with three wire to ipod. You
need to strip off the wire use stripper and be careful do not cut the
cable. For newbie – you strip some wire and twist them together. I feel
that for most people, the stripping-and-twisting method is less risky
than using a soldering iron. While twisting the cable just match the same
colour of cable and twist them. Put a bit of ordinary scotch tape around
each pair as shown in the picture. Also make sure all exposed wire is
covered with scotch tape. While other way of connecting three cable is
soldering. If you have the right tools and is comfortable soldering very
small electronic parts. You can try soldering.

11. Lay the wires flat on the main board, make sure none exposed parts of the wires are not touching the main board.

12. Align hold switch of the ipod with the case, then snap the iPod together.

13. Now fully charge your new battery before using it. Turn on your iPod.
You have replaced your battery do it yourselft ipod repair.
